I used to be able to but since a few weeks ago I can no longer upload files to each transaction. The option doesn’t allow me to click on it.

This usually happens when stored cache data interferes with uploading a file to your transactions. To provide the most accurate solution, could you clarify if these transactions were manually created or downloaded? Also, are you experiencing this on the mobile app or a web browser?

If you're using the mobile app, please ensure it is updated to the latest version. You can resolve cache issues within the app by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the lower right corner.
  2. Select Settings, then choose Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Yes to confirm.

You can also do it in your device settings. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to your device's Settings and select Apps (this may vary by device).
  2. Locate the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  3. Tap Clear Data.

If you're using a web browser, try logging in using a private or incognito window. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari

Alternatively, you can switch to a supported browser to ensure full compatibility with QuickBooks and uninterrupted functionality.
