I can't seem to change my business address on my invoice, despite using the cog in the app to change it - the old address still appears

Hello Jack-piper1998-g,

Welcome to the Community page,

If you log into your account on a web browser on a pc or laptop then go to the cog wheel> account and settings> contact info>change the address there. Then go to the cog wheel again> custom form styles> edit next to the standard template> content> edit the address in there> done, then it will pull though onto the invoices for you going forward.

I am not sure if I am on the same version, I am on the UK Self employed version and cannot see what you are referring to and have the same issue

Hi Rachel, thanks for joining this thread. The steps provided above are for QuickBooks Online - in QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can update this info by selecting 'Edit work info' on the footer of your screen when entering an invoice. This will open a panel on the right-hand side of your screen - once saved, the information will then show on the invoice header.
