To fix this issue, we can perform some resolution process to get through with sending your invoice to your customers. For the initial solution, you'll want to reset your email address if you recently imported data into a QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how.
Go to theGear icon, then selectAccount and settings.
From theCompanysection, selectEditicon inContact info.
Review each email address and make changes as needed.
If the possible troubleshooting process doesn't work, we can perform the basic browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. You can also try logging in to QuickBooks Online using a private browser and access a page or create and send a transaction. It also helps to improve and speed up your browser's performance. Cookies and caches may prevent you from sending invoices. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift +
If it works, you can return to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then, you may see if it fixes the problem and gets started on the tasks at hand. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.
