I don't have an email for a customer. I want to post the Invoice. Do I enter the Invoice details as normal, which would be in the Quickbooks system, and print then post?

Yes, you can create and save the invoice without an address in the customer email field, simply select 'Save' instead of 'Save and send' when saving.

You can then print this by selecting 'Print or Preview' on the bottom toolbar when viewing the invoice.
