I have created an invoice but there is no drop down for payment options so won’t send

We can click on the Manage button to access the payment options for an invoice, Kenny.

 

After that, the Payment Options dropdown appears on the right section of the screen. See this sample illustration below:

 

If this option isn't showing on your end, let's clear the cache of your default browser to eliminate outdated and corrupted files that may be causing issues. Or, explore different supported browsers to enhance your experience with QuickBooks Soletrader.

 

If referring to paying invoices online using credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or ACH bank transfers, we need to set up QuickBooks Payments and enable it in your Account and Settings.
