I have just realised that invoice paid does not record on activity log and also it doest track the sold product how can i make this appear on activity log?

If you're referring to the Audit Log, this keeps track of all your activities in QuickBooks Online (QBO) including invoices and their payments. Ensure that you've entered the correct date by clicking the Filter drop-down.

If the transactions are still not showing, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if this is a browser-related issue.

Here's how:

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
• Control + Option + P (Safari).

Once done, go back to the Audit Log by selecting the Gear icon at the top right. If they're now showing, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
