I have just sent my 1st invoice i have verified my email address it says sent on quickbooks but it is not in my outbox on my gmail account? can anyone help..

Invoices are  sent from QuickBooks Online through the Intuit server so they will not appear on your gmail account. You can however turn on the option to receive a copy of an invoice when you email them by going to the account and settings > sales > messages 'Email me a copy'
