Our recurring transaction feature (available in QBO Essentials, Plus, and Advanced) lets you schedule transactions in advance and can automatically send emails to your customers. Here's how you can create a new template:
1. Go to Settings ⚙. 2. In the Lists column, select Recurring transactions. 3. Select New. 4. Select the type of transaction to create, and then select OK. 5. Enter a Template name. 6. Select a Type: Scheduled, Reminder, or Unscheduled.
