I transfered over from Quickbooks Self Employed to Quickbooks Sole Trader Plus. I need transactions from financial year 25/26 but they are missing/rules not applied etc?

You don't need to move back to QuickBooks Self-Employed to retrieve that information, Holly. Please know that the data transfer process can take up to 72 hours to complete.

If your 25/26 transactions are still missing after the 72-hour window has passed, you can contact our Live Support Team. They can securely access your account and help you retrieve the data you need for your tax return.
