I've just downloaded the mobile app and can't figure out how to mark a supplier invoice as paid. Does anyone know how? Thanks in advance. Denise

Hi DeniseC, thanks for joining us here on the Community 🙂

 

The pay bills feature is only currently available in the browser version of QuickBooks Online, the app is designed to be for on-the-go entering of customer invoices and expenses, though we'll be happy to leave a feedback request for this.

The QuickBooks Online mobile app only supports tracking and recording customer payments. You cannot use the mobile app to mark a supplier’s invoice as paid.

 

Instead, you can record a supplier payment in the web version. Here is how:

 

  1. Open your web browser and log in to qbo.intuit.com.
  2. In the left navigation menu, click All apps > Expenses & Bills > Bills.
  3. Look at the Unpaid tab to find the bill you want to handle.
  4. In the ACTION column, click Mark as paid.
