Hello, @anielaz. To make sure your logo saves correctly in your invoice template, verify that the file is in one of the supported formats: .gif, .bmp, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg. Also, confirm if the file size is under 10 MB.

If the issue persists, try accessing your account via a private or incognito window. This disables cache and cookie storage, which can help clear up temporary issues. Try these shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

You can also try switching to another supported web browser to ensure optimal performance.
