Hi, kevcool396. You have two options when upgrading from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to QuickBooks Online (QBO). There's Bring my data, and Start Fresh. If you choose the latter, you will begin with a completely empty company file.
On the other hand, if you choose Bring my data, QuickBooks only migrates paid invoices. If any paid invoices fail to transfer, you'll have to contact our Live Support team for assistance.
