Question

Is it possible to change the screen appearance of each client?

I would like a clear difference for each of my clients so that when I am in their accounts it is obvious.

It isn't possible to customise the screen of customer profiles in QuickBooks Online. We agree this would be a great option to have, and recommend submitting feedback for this via the Cog > Feedback for our developers to review.
