Is there a way to add payment details to invoices permanently so I don't have to write it in everytime?

Hello Jude-smithrvn-gm, thanks for posting on the Community page. if you go to the main cog wheel> custom form styles>  click on the template> content>click bottom box on right side> add banking detail in the box that says add payment details and footer>click on done

Yes. You can add payment details to invoices permanently, but only through the web and not through the mobile app.

 

However, once set up on the web, those settings carry over to invoices sent from the mobile app. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon (⚙) and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab on the left menu.
  3. Click the Pencil icon to edit the Invoice payments section.
  4. Enter your bank routing/account numbers, or other instructions in the Payment instructions box.
  5. Click Save.
