Is there any way to add a Stripe invoice payment link to the invoice which is sent to customers so they can pay online?

Payment options for invoices are only card and bank-transfer payments with PayPal and GoCardless Direct Debits.

I'll personally send a product suggestion to our Product Developers about being able to accept payments from Stripe.
