Since you mentioned you just paid for your subscription, let's double-check that the payment went through successfully. You can verify this by following these steps:

 

  1. Sign out, then sign in again.
  2. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Make sure the status is Subscribed and the next billing date shows a future date.

 

If your subscription status looks good, you can try logging into your account via another browser, like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, to create the invoice.
