Just started using QuickBooks, my bank is linked but my customers can't pay via my quickbook invoices

So in order for your customers to pay  via quickbooks you would need to set up any 3rd party app like Zettle, Strip, Square, Paypal, or go cardless. You set them up on a 3rd party website and then turn them on in Quickbooks and then the customer can pay using those options.
