Made my first invoice then deleted it, now cannot make any invoices as comes up with Unexpected error There can be only one account of detail type undeposited funds

Let's check if this error is a browser-related, philipchev.

The first thing I'd recommended is to use an incognito window. From there, create and save the invoice. The second one is by clearing the cache. All browser saves junks files which result to some errors in QuickBooks Online.

Aside from that, make sure that your browser is updated. You can also use another one if there's available.
