Memory error could not save when taking photos of receipt expense with phone

To troubleshoot. please try clearing the cache within the app following the steps below:

• Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
• iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh

If you continue to see this error, please get back to us with the app version that you're currently using (you can check this with your app store) so that we can take a closer look.
