Missing transactions can happen if your bank is undergoing maintenance. To confirm this, please check your bank's website for any notifications or updates.

If everything looks good on your bank's website, go to the Gear icon located in the upper right corner of your screen and select Manage Accounts. Then, click on the Refresh All option to pull up your latest transactions.

Also, make sure you filter the Date in the Transactions tab to All to include every entries. This is important as it can hide certain transactions, especially if you're only viewing the last 12 months of data, which excludes the most recent ones.

If you need to manage your entries in QuickBooks right away, you can manually upload them to QuickBooks using a CSV file. Please view this article for a complete guide on how: Manually import transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed.
