Now changes have been made to the app i cant send invoices from my phoneIs there a way of changing it back as it was easier before and no need to change

Hi there. crddrainsolutions. While we can't revert to the previous version for technical and security reasons, we can troubleshoot to determine if this is a temporary glitch or a change in the app's settings.

 

Could you let us know if you encounter an error message when the invoice fails to send? Is this happening for just one customer, or are you hearing it from multiple?

 

Moreover, I suggest updating your QuickBooks app to the latest version by refreshing its data to enhance functionality. If you're using Android, go to Settings > Apps > QuickBooks app > Storage > Clear Data.

 

For an iOS device, navigate to Settings > App > iPhone Storage > QuickBooks App > Offload. You can also uninstall and then reinstall the app to start a clean slate when sending invoices.

 

In the meantime, log in to your QuickBooks account on a web browser to send invoices and continue your business workflow.
