Regular Transaction Expense

I want to create a regular expense, i have a monthly charitable donation being paid by DD.

On the Regular Transaction page, the NEW button is greyed out.

I have the Sole Trader licence.

The greyed-out button on your regular Expense list is likely due to  browser conflict. To resolve this, try opening your QuickBooks account in a Private or Incognito window to determine if the issue is browser-related or use different browsers.
