scanning receipts

You can only upload one receipt at a time in QuickBooks Online. Currently, there isn’t a way to scan or upload multiple receipts in a single batch.
 

If your bank is connected to QuickBooks Online, check the Pending tab for bills and expense transactions. Select Add to bring them into QuickBooks. If your bank isn’t connected, you’ll need to upload each receipt manually and enter it as an expense.
