Since quickbooks self employed went and it changed over I've had an absolute nightmare seeing my transactions. bank connection is real time but no transactions since july

Let's review your bank transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed to ensure up-to-date entries will sync, Carts.

Beforehand, I suggest checking your bank's website for any notifications or maintenance that is blocking data from loading. If needed, contact your bank directly for assistance.

If everything looks good, refresh your bank connection in QBSE to ensure it receives the latest transactions from your bank. Here's how:
 

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Manage accounts under the Transactions.
3. Hit the Refresh all button.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support team during their available hours. They can assist in identifying why entries aren't syncing and provide a resolution.

In the meantime, you can manually import your transactions into QBSE. Here's how:
 

1. Click the Profile icon and choose Imports.
2. Select Import Transactions.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to upload the CSV file.
4. Click Import to complete the process.
