Hi George-10, Can you please try clearing the cache within the mobile app by following the steps below: Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.Please then fully close and re-open the app before uploading the receipt, get back to us below if this does not fix!

Can you please try clearing the cache within the mobile app by following the steps below:

Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

Please then fully close and re-open the app before uploading the receipt, get back to us below if this does not fix!
