Terrible Service with Quick Books

I tried to enter a new credit card after we had to cancel the one we had on file due to fraud. I was prompted by Quick books several times and got a white screen with no options to do anything. I even tried looking in every drop down option when logged on our account.  Called Quick books and they stated I could not pay by card and I would have to mail a check. The delay has not prompted to "View Only" and the check arrived via FedEx during business hours and they were closed. If it's not Quick books trying to force products on us as outrageous amounts it terrible support. We are thinking about switching to another program like Sage. Comments or Suggestions welcome!
