Today only, when I create an invoice it’s marking it as paid immediately…. Also deleted three invoices from the last 12hours?

I'll provide information on how you can prevent the invoice from marking as paid immediately.

In this case, the  Automatically Apply credits feature could be turned on. This feature automatically applies credits to the open invoices in QuickBooks. We can turn it off to stop the program from paying your transactions automatically.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Look for the Automation section, then press Automatically apply credits.
5. Toggle it to turn off the feature.
6. Hit Save, then Done.
