A browser’s cache that has been stored on your computer can cause strange behavior when using the application. To isolate this, you can open your browser’s private window.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If it works, let’s proceed with clearing the cache. Otherwise, open a different browser that’s available.
