Voided invoice

When an invoice is voided in QBO, the record remains available, but it doesn't impact your financial statements. You can utilize the Audit Log to see details such as the original transaction amount and other pertinent information. Here’s how:

1. Click on the Gear icon and select Audit Log.
2. Use the filters for User, Date, or Events to narrow down your search results.
3. Locate the voided invoice and click View under the History column to retrieve all necessary details.

If you wish to restore the voided invoice, you must recreate it manually by copying the details in the Audit Log. After that, you receive and record the payments for those invoices.
