We want to use the activity column on our invoice but do not wish the customer to see it. Is that possible please?

You can open the invoice, and click on the Cog Wheel in the top right hand corner of the invoice, then on "Customise what your customer see".

This will load the custom form styles page, click on Content, then on the middle section (date, activity, QTY, rate, VAT etc) - You'll have a tick box for Description and Product/Service, if both of these are unticked - you won't have the activity column visible to your customers - you can still type in them in the invoice, but the customers won't see it.

You can also Edit Label names and widths from this screen as-well if you wanted to change the titles and tags on the columns
