when i send invoices as a recuring transaction, is there anyway a whatsapp cant be auto sent also?

Let me help you send an invoice in the sharing method you want in QuickBooks Online (QBO), martinbarrett99.

There are several options for saving or sharing the invoice, among these are:

If you're ready to send the invoice, select Save and send to email the invoice to your customer.
To send the invoice later, select Save and close.
To print a paper invoice, select Save. Then select Print or preview.
To send your invoice using WhatsApp, select Save & Share (WhatsApp).

To turn off the Save & Share (WhatsApp) option, we'll need to edit the recurring template and choose other options in sending the invoices. Here's how:

Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
Select Recurring transactions.
From the Action column, tap Edit for the transaction you want to edit.
Edit the template name, type, and the customer or payee name as needed.
If you're editing a Scheduled or Reminder type template, you can adjust how far in advance QuickBooks creates the template or sends you a reminder. You can also set the frequency in the Interval section.
Add or remove any product, service, or category details in the Details section.
Choose Save and send to email the invoice to your customer or to send the invoice later, select Save and close.
When you're done, press Save template.

So sorry if i wasnt very clear with my question. you're answer did let me send invoices via whatsapp, but what i wanted to be able to do is: create an invoice and send it via email and whatsapp, then make that invoice recuring each month that would also automatically send via email and whatsapp.
