When I update my bank, the bank balance is correct to the current amount but no transactions are brought into QB

Let's make sure that the account selected is the correct one to see transactions associated. Here's how:

1. Go to Banking from the left menu. 
2. Select the Banking tab. 
3. Choose the blue tile for the account. 

From there, go to the Reviewed tab to see the transactions added in QuickBooks.
