Why can't we type a note and put in attachments on invoices anymore?

Hi steve-peters1, 

The option to enter a message on invoice and add an attachment has not been removed and should appear on the screen when entering an invoice. 

Can I verify which browser you are currently using and if you are accessing via the app or on a browser?
