Why can we no longer add a sales receipt direct from the bank. The options are now only match, deposit or transfer. What a pain!

Thanks for your post and welcome to the QuickBooks Online Community.

If you do not have taxes enabled on the account then you will only have the option to add income as a bank deposit or transfer.

If you turn on taxes then the option to add as a sales receipt will appear :)
