Hi there, sadiejm01. I’m here to help make sure this banking issue gets resolved quickly and smoothly.

To start, could you tell me which banking institution is linked to your QuickBooks Online account? Any details you can provide will help us check for similar cases in QuickBooks.

Since the last transaction is from August 3rd, we can refresh your bank connection and manually update the bank feeds to get the latest activity from your bank. Just click the Update button on the Bank Transactions page. Then proceed to Steps 2–5, which cover the most common scenarios for missing bank transactions. For more details, see this article: Find and fix missing bank transactions in QuickBooks.

Also, I recommend signing into your bank's website. Sometimes, service interruptions or additional verification requirements at the bank level can disrupt the connection with QuickBooks. Here's how to do this:

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.
  2. If you are not sure which website address to use, go to the Bank Transactions section in your QuickBooks account. Click Link Account, search for your bank, and copy the website address shown there to log in.
  3. Look for any messages, notifications, or alerts in your account. These can stop QuickBooks from updating and downloading your transactions.
  4. Check if there are announcements about new security requirements on your bank's website.

In the meantime, to keep your books up to date, you can manually upload your bank transactions as a CSV file into QuickBooks. Once uploaded, you can match and categorise them to ensure all transactions are allocated properly.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you need further assistance or have other questions about banking in QuickBooks. I’ll be happy to help you out.

Thank you for getting back to us with the needed information, Sadie.

If you've already performed the troubleshooting steps above and the transaction still isn't syncing, refresh your connection to help resolve the issue you're encountering. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions menu.
  2. Select Bank transactions.
