We are a mutual and so cannot use HMRC online submission. They require the submission to be in ixBRL software. Is there a way to do this via Quickbooks?

You can export the data to Excel and handle the submission externally, as QuickBooks doesn’t support corporation tax return submissions in iXBRL format, Scoopandscales.

If you have a QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) subscription or have invited your accountant to your account, you can easily file your corporate tax return with HMRC. QBOA is an iXBRL-compatible software that is fully equipped to support iXBRL features necessary for compliant submissions.
