In this situation, it could be that this unusual behavior might have something to do with a browser issue. With that being said, the browser might be having too much cache that made the QuickBooks feature not responding properly. That's why you can't submit your VAT return.
Below are the things that we can try on to resolve this unexpected behavior. Here's how:
Refresh your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard.
If the same thing happens, we can try logging in to your account through an incognito window. This mode doesn't store cache. That's why we recommend using it.
If it works fine, we can clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings.
