Does anybody know if TFL has VAT or is it VAT excluded?

TFL would usually be classed as train tickets which do not have VAT charged on them and therefore there is no VAT to be able to be reclaimed from them. More information can be found on HMRC website as to what is Vatable for travel or you can contact them if you want confirmation on this.
