Hi, my previous accountant had set up Direct Debit with HMRC for VAT payments. How will HMRC take payment if I have submitted return from QB using MTD

Thanks for your post. 

It is not possible to set up a Direct Debit for VAT payments through QuickBooks, you would need to setup any payments through your bank directly :)
