How can I process a VAT refund from HMRC

Thanks for your post. Did you record the return for this refund through the Taxes centre in QuickBooks?

If so you can record the refund by selecting the drop-down beside the filing > Record refund. This will open a new window to enter the bank account, date, and amount that was refunded.
