How do I remove the VAT registration number from the foot of statements now we are de-registered for VAT?

Hi jan-farrar, thanks for joining the Community - does the statement contain transactions with a VAT code applied?

Hi, thanks for replying.  No, the statement does not contain a vat code as we have now de-registered. But because there is only a small amount of editing you can do to personalise the statements I cant see how to delete our old VAT number from the foot of them.

Thanks jan-farrar, you can change the default amounts to No VAT (Cog > Account & settings > Advanced > Accounting) and remove the VRN from the edit VAT settings to prevent the system from producing VAT invoices and statements. If you continue to see the VRN following this, please reply with a screenshot attachment. 🙇‍♀️
