Hello there, @usertom.

Oven cleaning service in a person's home may be zero-rated on invoices. Often times, the reduced rate only applies in certain circumstances, or it may depend on who the customer is.

You can review this on the HMRC's website to know when the zero rates can be used. Also, make sure to consult your accountant on which VAT Codes is best to apply to stay compliant with HMRC.

I'll be adding this article as your references on when to assign rates in your products and services: Common VAT Codes.

Additionally, you can check this article for more details in setting up and update VAT in QuickBooks Online: Set up and edit VAT settings, VAT codes, and VAT rates.
