I can’t find a way to generate a vat return or submit it. I have standard user subscription. I don’t have a VAT tab in my dashboard. AMU ideas?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 So standard users can submit vat as long as you are set to all access as a standard user you can, Turn on VAT for the company, make VAT adjustments, file VAT returns, or change the setup for existing VAT info. If you don’t have it all turned on then you will not be able to do it. If you have a look at this article it tells you more on what you can and cannot do depending on your user status.
