I have a problem. On the taxes page, my system is only showing my latest VAT return for September instead of the quarter from 1/9/20 to 30/11/20. How can I change this?

To verify if this is caused by the system or any browser-related issues, let's try opening your account in a private browser or incognito window. This mode doesn't save your browsing history. 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P

Once logged in, go back to the Taxes page. If you see the returns from 01/09/20 to 10/30/20, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Deleting the cache data helps to troubleshoot the web pages and increases the refresh the browser's settings. Please make sure to restart your browser afterwards.

You can also try using a different supported browser.
