I have entered all my business info for annual vat All cash receipts for money taken All expenses vat and non vat How do I print a summary so I know what vat is owed?

You can run the VAT Liability report to print a summary of VAT you owed. I'd be happy to guide you how:

1. On the left pane, select Reports.
2. In the Search field, enter and select VAT Liability Report.
3. Filter the date.
4. In the upper right of the report, click the Print icon.
5. Hit Print.

After you submit your tax payments, you can run the VAT Summary Report to access the return that was filed to HMRC.
