So I have the product - Qty - unit cost - and line cost. After that I need it to show what is 20% and what is 0%. How do I get this to appear on the download?

To display VAT rates like 20% or 0% for each line item on your downloaded invoice, you need to enable the VAT column in your Custom form styles template.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the template you're using to customise it. Then, choose Edit.
  3. Navigate to the Content tab, and click on the middle section of the invoice preview.
  4. Under COLUMNS, check the VAT box to display it on your downloaded forms.
  5. Hit Done to save your changes.

Afterwards, refresh your QuickBooks Online page and redownload the invoice.
