I need to change my VAT return date, this is due to my compny getting struck off, then reinstated some months later. Ive still got my old VAT number.

Steven0850. I see what did HMRC say you needed to do with the period where the business was active, send a zero return, or skip that period completely? Are you filing via making tax digital? If so HMRC would usually stipulate the dates to us. What dates are you trying to file and what is the last date in QuickBooks?Thanks
