My client automatically receives Shopify sales into QBO, but VAT return doesn't pick up theses sales, even though the rates are set up in QBO: any advice appreciated?

Hi trevor16 We're not able to assist you in relation to the Shopify transactions posting incorrectly, you'll have to contact their support team. If there are any transactions that you're creating within QuickBooks manually and they aren't posting correctly to the VAT centre then we'll be able to assist.

Hi trevor16 Do you have a Shopify app synced with your QuickBooks account that automatically applies/creates the sales for you?

Yes, and they have created these odd VAT rates since November 2020. Before then, everything was coming through with normal rates and being picked up by VAT returns. A futher complication is that, when I go into Edit Taxes, there are more than one copy of the new code.
