My clients 1% discount for FRS VAT ends in the middle of the VAT quarter, so i have 2 VAT %'s to apply. How do i manage this in QuickBooks?

As they only get the 1% discount for the 1st 12 months of being VAT registered surely the discount will stop at the end of their last quarter?
