O/S item on bank rec that is not on QB bk nominal ledger!Marked as sales tax payment , interrogating it shows "Tax payment ID is invalid" Wont delete How do I remove?

You can delete sales tax payments through the Taxes section, coxbropartners.

A possible reason for encountering this error message is incomplete tax information.

Here's how to proceed with deleting the transaction:

1. Go to Taxes.
2. Choose Payments.
3. Select the transaction you want to delete, then click the dropdown button under ACTION.
4. Hit Delete.

You can also run the VAT Liability report to ensure its accuracy before submitting it to HMRC, view details by tax agency, and drill down into individual transactions.
